Drill Rig Inclinometer

Operating Instructions:

1. Ensure the Drill Rig Mast is vertical in all directions.
   On the Drill Rig Mast, the Sensor Box needs to be mounted facing forward (away from the Drill Rig) in a protected location, on the inside of the Mast. It needs to be mounted very close to vertical, and straight
   (within 1 degree).
2. The cable from the Sensor Box needs to run via a protected route, through to the Main Display Unit, which needs to be mounted in a suitable position in the Drill Rig cabin, with clear visibility for the operator.
3. The Main Display Unit requires a power supply of 12-24 VDC.
4. When the Unit is switched on, you can firstly check how close to 0.0° degrees the left/right and forward backward displays are reading.
5. If you are certain that the Drill Rig Mast is dead vertical in both axis, and the Sensor Box is also vertical, you can make a fine adjustment on both left/right and forward backward adjusters, located at the bottom left and right sides on the Main Display Unit only use the special adjustment tool provided. Slowly adjust clockwise or anti clockwise until you achieve 0.0° degrees on both upper and lower displays.
